Warbrook House in Eversley on the Hampshire/Berkshire borders is another one of the very nice De Vere venues that is always a pleasure to work at.
I’m not 100% sure which room we staged the entertainment in for this wedding but if you know the venue or are a DJ visiting Warbrook House then it is the room located at the end of the passageway just down from reception. Its located between the bar and the room used for the wedding breakfast and by day is housed with furniture so seems to be a lounge room.
Matt & Manya had completely transformed the room for the evening by using a draping company, so once the uplighting and dj booth had been set up the room was unrecognisable from its usual self. The draping made the huge difference but the main photo shows the difference from the turnaround which takes place once guests have gone through for the wedding breakfast.
As far as what the venue offers we have since taken further bookings for Warbrook House and the venue are now offering clients a marquee option, which is great as the venue is set in 130 secluded acres of parkland so lovely for those summer weddings.
Its also worth pointing out to prospective brides that the staff at the venue are all very relaxed and extremely helpful, a very high standard of service was offered throughout the day from the team and everyone was well looked after which is always a nice aspect to observe. I was also lucky enough to have a small taster of the food which was also exceptional.
We got some great shots throughout the fantastic reception and its certainly a wedding that will live long in the memory with some great characters amongst the guests including a decent contingent of family and friends who had travelled over from the USA to celebrate with Californian bride Manya.
Just before midnight with the party in full swing, Manya and Matt said their goodbyes but with still half an hour remaining all revellers stayed on to ensure the evening finished as lively as it has been throughout. It was one of those nights that never stopped from the first whistle to the last, a great crowd !
Most amusing moment of the night had to be just after I had packed up and was about to leave. Half a dozen lads in high spirits hijacked a transportation buggy and drove off giggling into the night …I guess I’ll never know where they ended up !
Huge congratulations to Manya and Matt and all the best for the future together. If you are getting married at Warbrook House and have any further questions or enquiries regarding any of our packages for your wedding feel free to get in touch and I will be pleased to go over anything with you.
