On August 17th we provided Leeds Castle DJ and Uplighting services for Eimear & Adam’s wedding in the Heraldry Suite, which is located in the main part of the castle itself.
We also had the privilege of working with one of Nottinghams top bands “The Money”, who Eimear and Adam had seen previously at other events and were so impressed with them that they brought them down from the midlands to also play a special part in their big day …from a DJs perspective having worked with many bands over the years you can trust your wedding budget very well spent indeed by hiring The Money, a slick, upbeat and visually interesting band to watch, great sounding PA and faultless performers from this cool 4 piece covers band …one of the best if not the best we have seen ! …the cover of Prince’s ‘Purple Rain” was something else and worth “The Money” alone (pardon the pun). Back to the wedding …the evenings entertainment was originally scheduled to be in the Maidens Tower, however this was changed to accommodated the DJ & Band Set Up and it works very well with the huge uplit window as the backdrop to the set up …and once everyone is up and jammin’, acoustics are great in The Heraldry Suite.
Eimear and Adam had booked a fireworks display over the castle to get the evening underway at around 9pm, we then went straight into the first dance followed by two DJ sets and two Band sets which took us through to closing time at 1am.
