Package: Total Music Package
Our first visit to the Landmark Arts Centre in Teddington proved to be the excellent wedding of Rebecca & Alexander on Saturday.
We were providing our background music package during the meal, plus Rebecca & Alexander also chose to enter the wedding breakfast to the Theme from Indiana Jones.
The Landmark Arts Centre works excellently as a wedding venue, its a stunning church with an amazing disco area. The natural black and white dancefloor is really unique and although you could upgrade to a starlit one I loved what they had in place.
To give the dancing area an additional disco feel there are two large black starcloths installed on either side of the floor.
When Rebecca & Ed took to the floor for their first dance there was a really nice feel and I know from experience that some really stunning first dance photos can be achieved at this venue.
I think that as far as wedding venues go you are getting a lot for your money here as there is also some uplighting included at the venue and the amazing photo opportunities …with the meal and disco being in a church this gives the venue a really unique aspect.
As far as uplighting is concerned, an additional 10 uplighters really enhance the backdrop of the stage, the architecture around the dance floor is fantastic.
Theres a couple of videos detailed below showing set up and from the evening, if you are a DJ visiting this venue then it is a really cool place to play but don’t be fooled into thinking you will need a lot of bass, we used two 1000 watt full range EVs and they did a very nice job indeed, the shape of the environment energises the bass you have in your full range speakers and to bring in subs would be unnecessary.
Access is good, straight forward and there is no issues with parking, there is no sound limiter and the use of haze is permitted.
