COMPETITION RULES
These competition rules are the prize draw rules and apply to each and every prize draw in any CHOICE Dj competition unless otherwise stated. By entering a prize draw entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
General Rules
Each prize draw is organised by CHOICE Dj of The Innovation Centre, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent ME5 9FD. CHOICE Dj reserves the right to cancel or amend a prize draw, the prize draw notice or these competition rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the prize draw notice or these competition rules.
Unless otherwise stated, prize winners will be selected at random from all entries on 1, September 2016 at 20:00, this draw will be shown on Facebook Live on the CHOICE Dj Facebook Page. In all matters, the decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
Prize winners agree to take part in any promotional activity requested by CHOICE Dj and consent to their name and location being published for the purposes of the prize draw and promoting CHOICE Dj and its business.
Entering a Competition
All entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entry and resident in the UK. Proof of age may be required before a prizewinner can claim a prize. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of CHOICE Dj. Employees, families or agents of CHOICE Dj or any of its associated companies are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Only one entry per person and per household is permitted.
Entry into our prize draw is confirm by booking any CHOICE DJ package as stated on the website, between 10:00 on 13, May 2016 and 18:00 on 31, August 2016.
Only entries received in accordance with the rules will be accepted.
Prize draw entries must be made in the manner described and in accordance with the rules before the closing date specified in the prize draw. Entries made otherwise will be invalid.
Claiming a Competition Prize
CHOICE Dj will notify prize winners immediately following the draw on Facebook Live at 20:00 on 1, September 2016. Details of the names of prize winners can be requested by writing to CHOICE Dj at the address above.
Where relevant, all insurances, travel surcharges unless otherwise stated are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
