Looking for a Kent Castle Wedding, well following our recent partnership with Westenhanger Castle, we’ve had a busy couple of days promoting all the great new things that are going on at the venue as preps begin for the 2015 wedding season.
Westenhanger Castle is located behind Folkestone Racecourse in Hythe, its recently been taken over by Event Planner Sarah Poole who has taken us on board to bring the entertainment into the 21st Century. We are now the DJ, Sound & Lighting supplier as part of the venues Platinum package as well as our unique Wedding Photography + DJ Package (Soundproof Package) which is built into the Gold package.
Last week CHOICE DJ and Sarah were Kent Wedding Awards finalists, but this week it was back to work starting yesterday at the Sheppey FM Radio Studio with Soundproof photographer Julia Keeley to promote whats going on at the venue during a 40 minute radio appearance. Sarah also revealed an amazing discounted offer for brides still looking for last minute availability so they can enjoy an affordable dream wedding at a Kent Castle Wedding venue in 2015.

Following yesterdays appearance on the Mick Kenton Show, we were back at the venue today for a photoshoot to capture images for the venues brochure and our promo video below
it was the first time since Kate & Alfies wedding back in the summer, we also set up a demo disco in the Tudor Kitchen inside the Manor House. DJ, Sound and Lighting has never previously been installed in the Tudor Kitchen at Westenhanger Castle, however this is now a new option for clients with smaller weddings up to around 80 guests so we just set up a few lighting fixtures to see what it could be like.

3 New Venue Partnerships Announced
As time moves on we will be working closely with the venue with long term plans to install permanent uplighting, moving beams and lasers into the roof, as well as building a DJ booth on the balcony. We are also very excited to be providing our Smash It Live package (Live Bongo’s + DJ) at a wedding in the Tudor Kitchen in July 2015, check back to our Facebook Page for all the media from what promises to be an amazing wedding.
Whilst we were on site we also took the opportunity to get some autumnal shots of the grounds which we will be included in the venues new brochure.
The venue also has a marquee option which can cater for events up to 300 guests …so theres two fantastic options at one of Kent’s hidden gems.
